Payment
“Good Dog!” invoices on the 1st and 16th for the previous pay period. We use a third-party with encryption to process all credit cards. We never see your card numbers. Other methods of payment are also accepted- please ask!
Meet and Greets
There is no charge for an initial meet and greet. For each meet and greet with a new sitter, there is no charge as long as there are future visits scheduled with the sitter. If additional sessions are needed before walking or pet sitting, the sessions will be billed according to duration.
Key Policy
We prefer that clients provide two keys, or a key and a garage door code. Your keys will never be labeled with identifiable information. Keys will be stored in a secure location and returned upon request.
Extreme Weather
With your pet’s health and safety in mind, there may be a few days per year when we deem weather conditions to be too extreme for your pet to be outdoors for more than a few minutes. In these events we will attempt to contact you, but also reserve the right to alter plans for our activity to indoor play without notice.
Canceled Appointments
There is no charge for cancellations made before the day of the appointment. There is a $1 charge for same day requests or cancellations. If you cancel after we have arrived at your home, there is a travel charge of $10.
Live-in Pet Sitting Cancellation Policy
Live-in pet sitting bookings of 2 overnights or more will be subject to the following charges in the instance of cancellation:
Cancellation within 7 days of trip = %25 of total charges for the booking
Cancellation between 7 and 14 days of trip = %15 of total charges for the booking
Cancellation by 14 days or more = no charge
Special allowances may be made for emergencies.
Returning Home
When you arrive home, call or email us first thing. If we do not hear from you at the appropriate time, we will attempt to contact you and then automatically continue making visits until we hear from you. Visits will be charged at the same rate.
